3. 個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式：
   • 期間：依本館執行業務所必須之保存期間。
   • 地區：體育館。
   • 對象：體育館場地預約業務之電腦系統。
   • 方式：以自動化及非自動化資料利用。
4. 當事人得進行查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正內容；有關請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或刪除內容部分，當事人得於上班日時間與本館行政人員連繫(02)27852717-6706。
5. 您得自由選擇是否提供相關個人資料，惟台端若拒絕提供相關個人資料，將影響您預約場地之權益及服務。(未滿20歲者請取得法定代理人之同意)
6. 場地預約登記後，如因故無法準時使用，應於48小時前辦理取消(採線上預約者請於期限內進行線上取消；採電話預約者，請電洽服務台辦理)。
7. 場地預約後，無故不繳費使用或未辦理取消預約，當年度違反規定第3次者，將停權1年。
8. 場地預約後，若超過預約時間15分鐘，未做聯繫，視同放棄使用，本館得取消使用權。

6、After the venue is reserved, if you fail to pay the fee or cancel the reservation without any reason, if you violate the regulations for the third time in the year, the right will be suspended for 1 year.

7、After the venue is reserved, if it exceeds 15 minutes for the reservation time, and no contact is made, it is deemed to have given up the use, and the Gymnasium may cancel the right to use it.
